I ended up building one myself since they were out of stock at the time I went to order one. I still have a few extra blank pcbs, I got them in black solder mask with gold plated traces, looks pretty slick I think.

Oh, yeah... https://www.eevblog.com/product/ucurrentgold/
It's out of stock on EEVBLOG. I wonder if Dave intends to make some more or if he's going to stop it, and maybe ship a new version later on, or something...

Last video I saw on this (dating a while back!!), he was still hand-testing all units, so that was probably time-consuming.

I have a few extra bare boards I can offer at cost, I think it worked out to about $5 each, not gonna be worth shipping outside of the US. I don't want to compete with Dave, I only made my own because they were sold out.

On a related note does anyone know of some good quality insulated binding posts that are a drop in snug fit in the PCB? I'm not fond of the bulky bare loudspeaker posts. If I were designing from scratch I think I'd have used banana jacks or flying leads with banana plugs for the output since I'm normally connecting straight to a multimeter.

Just to have mentioned this, there are also a few clones or even improved versions, e.g. the Current Ranger (bit on the expensive side though).
I also saw clones with slightly different names on eBay for roughly the same price as the original but can't find any offers right now.

Hi James, sent you a PM regarding those boards.

I guess I should update here too. I sold the extra boards I had some time ago so I no longer have extras. If someone else decides to have JLC make a batch then they'll likely be in the same situation I was and have a few extras.
