Anyone bought parts from Abacus Electronics? or LTL Group?

Octopart showed these two companies as having stock in some parts I need.
Anyone heard of these guys?
I assume they are consignment or surplus or something.
Hopefully not counterfeit

I did buy some parts from excessparts.com
they seem legit (associated with Kimball elec (known distributor))

update:
I finally got through to a person.
He found my RFQs and said he could not respond because they do not allow communication with anyone using a gmail account.
weird -
I gave him a business email and he responded saying they would get me a quote.
(I haven't seen it yet)
