I enjoy magic tricks, on this I call fake because:
He is holding up what looks like a ecigarette vaporizer in his right hand at 0:33, it's passed off by 0:37 when He says "now it's gone" (I believe him) you can see him glance at it as if it was no longer in his possession. The cameraman moves in for the close up then you can see He is not holding it at around 0:46.
There is a frame during 0:51 you can see the electrical arch come from the middle of the buildings eave. If you turn gamma up everything is a lot clearer. The cameraman is not standing anywhere near where it was in the frame but said He was shocked (it was a schoolyard style late response as well). It seems also a big coincidence to be pixel perfectly vertical with the framed shot as well. Should it have caused lens flair or lightened up the scene? It didn't seem to do either.
Even the guys body language is giving visual cues to look at the building, stops to let the cameraman finish then looks again. That arch occurs exactly when they both look. So perfect timing, pan camera, capturing it happening, pan back. Camera man or his phone appears unaffected by the arch we seen even though only He got the shock. We hear the noise both before and after the arch.
