Any other Canadians or anyone else have their mail disrupted by the postal strike ?

I ordered a DSLogic U3Pro32 back in Nov from the official website over in China I believe (or it shipped from there), and it cleared customs on Nov19, but IDK if Canada Post actually took delivery, because it has never showed up in their system. I hope it's not lost or stolen, I can't afford that. IDK how paypal protections will deal with all these cases.

I think the strike only started on Nov16th, so with any luck I will get it. But apparently some stuff was being returned to senders, I think both customs and CP starting doing that at some point.

Is there any real reports behind the scenes, about all the packages they must be sorting ?? Do they have 10 people working the pile ? 100 people ?? Any time I've seen a delivery person, they've had very little mail with them.

I think I saw a report that domestic mail was being handled first with international mail coming later.  If true, you could be waiting for a while yet.

Domestic is definitely being handled first. I had something ship from 23rd in Ontario received on 30th. Which is good, international mail should be lower priority.

Paypal will not be an issue to refund you if the tracking shows not delivered, you have 6 months to file a claim.

Stuff i ordered from Ali was delivered quick by random dudes in cars to the door, seems did not go through Canada Post.
But an order from Amazon was stuck and did not move, i had to cancel it. That one was strange, as Amazon uses their own delivery carriers.

Items from Ali and Amazon delivered by various cars or small trucks during mail strike. Nothing seemed to get stuck.
Most of my other items via DHL, Fedex & UPS.

If the parcel doesn't arrive in time, file a claim with Paypal before the period you can file a claim is over. If you need to keep your money, this rule is as important as breathing. No matter what the seller says or claims, FILE A CLAIM. After filing a claim you can choose to allow some more time for the package to arrive for as long as Paypal is OK with it. Also remember: the seller has a contract with the delivery service so it is up to them to get the parcel delivered to your doorstep. A parcel which does not arrive is never your problem.

Well my DSlogic probe showed up, but never once did the tracking number work, it never recognized it.

I also had a couple of IC's for a stereo in the mail, untracked, they arrived in Canada around Nov25, hopefully they weren't sent back.
