Anyone got any cool project ideas or uses for the RasPi 2?

Just got mine in the mail today! My idea is to make a voice controlled robot that can operate items like arms and tools.
I have plans to make my original pi model B into a network controlled thermostat for the house.

Would love to hear everyone else's ideas!

You could run RaspBMC on it, which functions as a pretty awesome media center.

You could extend your thermostat project to control more devices around your house over WiFi.

As suicidaleggroll suggested, building a console around the retropie images is nice if you're into classic games.

2) smash it under a 1000ton press - you would be the first in the world to do that too.

Have you never been to www.youtube.com? You need to be very quick when something new appears if you want to be the first to wreck one.
