Anyone recognise this app note excerpt?

I know I've come across it before but I can't seem to find the source now. I've tried searching a few headings and sentences and found nothing. I feel like it's a TI thing?

I googled a sentence and came up with this - Design with Operational Amplifiers and Analog Integrated Circuits - Sergio Franco.

Looks more like a chapter excerpt from a textbook with the exercises.
