Does anyone have any experience on those instruments? I recently discovered this brand.

I don't have used APPA equipment. But from what I have read about them, they make something mediocre. Seem to be better than Uni-T but significantly worse than Brymen.

APPA tech meters are resold by others under their own brand name.  Tektronix, Ideal, Amprobe and others that I can't think of right now have all rebranded APPA meters as their own.

Teardowns, reviews, etc on APPA meters can be found on eevblog by using search.

I got APPA72 for circa 20 years. Works still, got couple of scratches obviously.
Got A1 cute clamp meter in work. Except short battery life it is extreemly useful. I think Fluke has it in yellow colour.
APPA 703 is very good LRC meter.

APPA is more industrial than laboratory equipment. Rather solid, robust non-nonsense equipment than gadget-full toys from China.
They have meters specialised for particular type of work: PV, HVAC etc
