Any Kiwis Fancy an Xmas Beer?
« on: November 26, 2017, 12:47:42 pm »
Dangerous extra-envelope thinking here, I know, but I recall one time a couple of us ventured out for a sly bevy and it did turn out OK...

If anyone's interested, I reckon this'd be a reasonable thread to co-ordinate it with.

Yes?

It's a deceptively big country ... depending on where the venue is it could be up to 2221 km and 31 hours of driving[1] for others to get there (including possibly a ferry)

Personally, I'll still be (at work!) in Moscow at NZ Christmas, but I'll be close to everywhere between Queenstown and Cape Reinga at some point during January.

Just come across the ditch! 3 hours from Auckland or Christchurch to Sydney ;-)

Yeah apelly, why not.  :-+
Last one was good, flux and all.  ;)

BTW, have you any of that pallet load of flux left to entice punters along ?

Keen.

I've still got about 7.999 litres of flux left if anyone needs some :)

Addressing a couple of our noisy, Southern Monocularites, briefly: Obviously this'll be happening amongst the throngs of the commercial capital and most populous city.

I wouldn't mind meeting in town, but I'm open to suggestions.

More than you can imagine...  It's in handier containers now too...

You heard it here first, folks:

Officially; more flux than you can handle, for just a single beer.

All you have to do is show up. (And have a beer)
