Yes - looks like multiple die on  ceramic substrate

Yes, multichip LED modules with a common phosphor coating. Likely around 6x6 dies, and likely a 10W per module light source. Overall likely a 100W LED lamp module, about equivalent to a 1kW linear halogen lamp in light output.
