Component identification

I think this component is bad but I don’t know what it is. The one labeled AF6V Help please. Thanks

I have 2 close to each other, can I test them in circuit or must they be removed to get correct reading? I am getting different reading on them. I am labeling them bottom left as 1, bottom right as 2 and top as 3. In diode mode on the top component I get with red probe on 1, I get OL on 2 and 3. With black probe on 1, I get 1.4 on 2 and 3. On the bottom component with red probe on 1, I get 1.69 on 2 and 1.96 on 3. Black probe on 1, I get 2.o climbing to OL on 2 and 3. They both have same part number on them. Beside the AWF chip under the 100 inductor. There is a capacitor and diode that with meter in contuitity mode and red probe on board ground I get beep on both side of those 2 components.

The SOT-23 package and voltage behavior makes me think the chip is a FET  :-// Not sure why the polarity would switch unless the manufacturer used the same part number for N and P types?

So those readings are correct? I guess I could inject voltage at the shorted cap and see what gets hot. Any other suggestions? Thanks
