| Art of Electronics 3rd ed - stanard vs. improved edition? |
| (1/2) > >> |
| MatteoX:
I bought my copy of AoE 3rd edition as soon as it was published. Recently I was looking something on Amazon and I have noticed that the book now has in the lower yellow right corner of the cover "third edition improved" - mine has only "third edition" . Are there any additions or this "improved" edition might refer just to error correction? |

X-chapters are something different. Win Hill is active most days on the sci.electronics.design Usenet group. |

Here are the front covers of "old" and "new" third edition of AoE. |

The original printing of the 3rd edition had quite a few errata: https://artofelectronics.net/errata/ These errors have been corrected in subsequent printings. Maybe that's what the "improved 3rd edition" refers to? I am not aware of any announcement of further revisions. |
