I am yet to see a documentary about quantum mechanics which doesn't show the presenter's clone and that doesn't imply the existence of sci-fi style parallel universes. "The Elegant Universe" is the worst when it comes to that sort of thing.

I thought I'd get to the bottom of it by watching a few lectures on quantum mechanics, but I quickly realized it's all just maths. As much as I'd love to understand quantum mechanics, quantum entanglement and even the string theory on a conceptual level, I don't think that can be found in these documentaries. They're still kind of interesting to watch though.

Great shows!  Never saw them here in the USA.  Something to fill quiet time.

well, i have a lot to do. but the documentary made my time quiet! great show, but...
i dont know how to explain it. but, i think scientist will never made it, or maybe found out bizzare rules.
if taken seriously, it can translate that i'm an insignificant creature, of what i think and do.
as i recall from the 4th edition of the great book, it sounds something like...
Quote
the more you look into it, the more frustrated you will become
Quote
you can break the rules, only if you have the strength
and it means... a really powerful strength!
and wait! that doesnt explain why having sex feel so good?!

not to hijack, but i think this is the continuation of the plot, ie on the side view (small thumbnails on youtube)...
ps: as it already consume some amount of my time and i dont have time machine beside me :P

Nature: Evolution and the Illusion of Randomness (Stephen L. Talbott): Its now indisputable that... organisms “expertise” contextualizes its genome, and its nonsense to say that these powers are under the control of the genome being contextualized - Barbara McClintock
