Blown up but no soot

This chip (switched PSU driver) clearly blew its lid, but no dirt or soot anywhere.
Gives for a pretty neat image I thought.
Anyone can ID the chip based on the die? ;D

What's the make and model number? Perhaps someone might have the same one and can have a look a the IC.

Not the TNY263-268 series, the pinout doesn't match...

You can clearly see the main power transistor is what blew in this one, and it takes up most of the die area.
There's some text on the lower left of the die, if you have a more powerful microscope you may be able to see what it says.
