Why is chip ceramic cap not labelled?
« on: December 07, 2011, 07:00:59 pm »
The value of chip resistor is labelled. Why do manufacturers not do the same to chip ceramic cap? Apart from cost is there any other specific reason?

Small resistors are not labelled either - not enough room on an 0201 pack.
