BREXIT - what it means for small manufacturers

Nope. London to Nottingham.
fcb:
We use UPS for domestic and international- not had a problem since 1/1/2021.
Take it it’s impossible to get hold of a rep to sort out the mess..
bd139:
Got hold of one but she doesn't understand the problem. I've written the delivery off. Will have to eat the cost I think. It's costing me more time being on the phone and dealing with it  >:(

Will have to try a respectable courier next time, like Hermes or Yodel  :-DD :-DD
fcb:
Also been using Hermes for lower value items - 100% success rate so far. Bulk upload tools are pretty good. Might even give them ago for EU.

Yodel I won’t touch with a barge pole since their guy stole a monitor last summer (on CCTV!). Also got a great video of yodel chap sorting his parcels - throwing out the contents of his car boot onto our car park, sorting them, then throwing back in.
bd139:
Yeah I was joking on Yodel  :-DD.

I send most small value items via Hermes and they have been quite reliable so far to be fair and there's a drop off shop over the road from me which is convenient.
