Bug in forum breaks OpenID

It seems that OpenID logins are not working on the forum, at least for me. I get an error page that says 'The database value you're trying to insert does not exist: server_url'. when using my OpenID of 'http://notanumber.net'. I have this one browser that is still logged on, but when I close it, I won't be able to get back onto the forum. any ideas? is anyone else seeing this problem?
