It looks like the articles only appear for a couple of weeks then get archived. I didn't keep a copy but the article was quite detailed.

In amongst his various legal letters there is a current address and (inmate?) reference number at the place in Louisiana. I could post this up here but I wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not. However, he did ask for people to contact him when he was in the Lonoke jail. I think you can send letters and possibly send him phone credits (so he can call you?). I'm not sure it works the other way around.

Should I provide his current address info here?

He has a Youtube channel on Ham radio and electronics (KF5OBS, hence the title of this thread). He didn't have that many subscribers at the time this ordeal started (just a couple of thousand), but many of them were also members of this forum, so he was considered one of our own.

I agree. Most what he did is just goofball stuff but messing with children just doesn't fly with me.

Sure, I understand that and am aware of his Youtube channel. It's just that, having seen this thread keep popping up over the past few months, there seems to be a distinction between posts offering the guy support and the ones discussing what he's done, what's going to happen to him etc. in the 3rd person.

I don't personaly know the guy and am not going to pass judgement on what he's done (even if some of it sounds pretty unsettling). I'm just (as  said) slightly disturbed by the 3rd person discussions of what 'one of our own' has done what's going to happen to him etc. (that's all that I meant by voierism).

I'm only on a cell phone so typing is Kind of tedious but i wanted to update the community as quickly as possible.

First things first, thank you for your support! I'm glad to See that many of you took a very critical and even somewhat skeptical approach to all evidence presented.

Lets Start with the end result: 6 years Probation, $ 1000 fine and banned from the USA for life.

Now lets address the worst charges, the sexual assault and child porn. No actual children were involved just under the law a 16 year old is a child. To me its a juvenile. The pictures were of the same girl that accused me of assaulting her. You can confirm the age in the sentencing order for both charges. The sexual assault got dropped to 4th degree, which is 'just' a misdemeanor. It means basically inappropriate over the clothes touching. So did i do it? Yes, sadly. She was very flirty that night and i ended up putting my Hand in her lap. Thats when she freaked out. So i guess her sending me nudes of her and making sexual comments all night was okay for her but me acting on it was not. So thats what happened. Did i fuck up? Yes and i know that. But i hope this explanation puts the charges in a slightly better light. I should have never had minors at my Party. But they were there by invitation of my roommate, who is related to some of them. And i was drunk and drugged up anyway. Not saying that excuses my actions but it should be a mitigating factor.

How can someone get "6 years probation" and be banned from the country for life?
Surely once you are banned from the country and leave their laws no longer apply to you? Or does this 6 years probation get reflected back to your German legal system somehow?
Do you legally "start fresh" in Germany? or now become under German probation?

Whats the status with me now? Well, i live in Germany (near Kiel) now after getting deported last Friday. I'm doing relatively well, am alcohol and drug free and am well medicated for my psychological issues, which are Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and some minor anxiety stuff, and have somewhat of a future plan. It'll be a while until i get back to blogging though, if at all. I say the latter because i foresee big issues with Sponsors given my convictions.

One is the criminal sanction the other is immigration law. Certain criminal charges make you inadmissable to the USA.

Nothing follows me to germany so here im 'clean'.
