Can Anonymous shut down Russian military satelite access?
TimFox:
Boris' surname is "Badenov", which parody of Boris Godunov (historical Tsar and later opera) seriously annoyed the Soviet government.
Natasha's surname is "Fatale". She had a large influence on my youth, not far from Frostbite Falls, Minnesota.
From the movie: "Boris, what are we doing darling? We've been trying to catch Moose and Squirrel ever since we first got drawn. We tried to stab them, shoot them, smash them, smush them, crush them, bash them, mash them, squish them, and they don't even know our names. I'm tried of all this, Boris. I don't want to be spy no more. Let's face it, darling, we suck. We can never catch Moose and Squirrel."

Russian conventional military forces are by large a Potemkin Village, partially conscript-based, mostly poorly trained unmotivated force armed with 50-years old equipment. Most of its alleged strength is just a PR. Of course there are exceptions (nuke forces, for instance). But the forces that are invading Ukraine are just as described in the 1st sentence.
Throwing name does not make any impression. Mongolian Armed Forces conducting join exercises with US Armed Forces does not tell anything about Mongolian military strength.

Pretty sure this is POLITICS, and would be closed, if the admin want to be consistent

Well fortunately they don't have to be consistent, and moreover even if they did have to be, they can tell the difference between politics for the sake of arguing politics and discussing the technological realities behind a story in the news that just happens to have a political background.

Just because I'm curious, how useful is civil [L series] GPS in the conflict area/ surrounding area? To keep it civil, I'll also ask How useful is Glonass and Galileo?
Before anyone gets unpleasant, remember Glonass shares the overlapping frequency band with GPS ! Jam one and you can mess up both.
Anybody heard of any jamming, or worse yet, meaconing?
Not exactly being scored/reported on the USCG Navcen website as I would expect. Note, unless nationalized by the military in time of declared war, Navcen is pretty much civilian. It is the communication interface for worldwide civilians to many navigation systems.
Did our Air Force / Space Force turn on GPS Selective Availability again? For those who did not live during a certain age, SA adds a position dither to the civilian GPS feed.
US president #42 ordered SA turned off during his cycle in the White House. So many of you have probably never experienced a 300 meter random jiggle on your hiking sprees.
