| Career Advice for PCB Designer |
| (1/1) |
| cjurczak:
I'm 40 year old EE drop out. I have been working in electronics for little over 10 years. Half in an electrical lab, and half doing PCB designer. I was promoted to Sr. PCB Designer after a few years and now my career has seem to have stalled. My question is what should I do to further my career? CID/CID+, IPC training, etc or something else? I also have a side hustle that involves some PCB design work, but I want to be prepared to advance my career. Or am I too old and should just prepare to ride it out where I'm at right now. |
