Problem with the charger:
The charger is not providing constant current when a NCR18650B is connected to the output.
Also when a load resistance of 9 ohm is connect input voltage of supply drops and current is drawn over the set current by me which is 0.3A.
Please can someone help to figureout what could be the problem.
