CCTV NVR DVR Software Suggestion

Hello Mates,

i've two Intelbras onvif protocol network cameras, plan do add one more, so three total. I've an spare computer which I'd like to use as video recorder, its a intel atom (or celerom, dunnon, old stuff).

Which software would you guys recommend? I'd like it to have these features:

Free or max 50USD license
Up to 4 cameras
Cloud backup to onedrive
Live and playback view on smartphone app
Some alarms like motion dection with conditions (alarm input, closed door, etc)

Milestone XProtect is free for up to 8 cameras and would be what I recommended for a basic windows install.
The other commonly used software is Blue Iris. It started out as a bit of a toy, but it has developed some more grown up features over the last couple of years.

Can't help with the off-site backup however.

There is a linux distro called Shinobi which while very good is not so easy to setup.
Another app is called Agent DVR, has great features and camera limit is only the limit of your cpu/GPU /memory  but it wont allow remote access via WAN connection, thats it's only downside to me. I use it on 3 sites to combine a total of 3 DVRS/site on analog and it's really good at doing that. setup is easy as once you done the linux install you just run a curl script, answer a few questions and then browse to a web page where you then add cameras via a wizard.
