Those super cheap Chinese Ebay sellers are not very organised, I purchased an irfp250n about a month ago and they only shipped it yesterday (and they said they had more than 10 available) but for the price and even if its a fake or used part, you can't really complain.

i was going to ask for a refund but it was only $1.30 and i honestly couldn't be bothered.
i think that this fet will go out with a huge loud bang (which isn't always a bad thing
) because i am using it for a 555 plasma speaker and if you have ever made a 555 timer flyback driver or a 555 plasma speaker you will know just how to the mosfet gets, especially during long runs. so i think i will just spend more and get a real irfp250 from rs components and that why i can be sure that is a real part.
