Hi,
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good value 2Mbit i2c EEPROM (5-10k volume)?
Memory size could be a 1Mbit at a pinch.
Strictly speaking it doesn't need to be eeprom but does need to be writeable without erasing other data, so flash is out
Thanks,

My go to one is:
M24M02-DRMN6TP
It can do page writing of up to 256 bytes in a single write cycle, 4M write endurance, and ECC.
It takes 10ms for a write cycle. I think the next smaller one (1mbit/128K) might have a 5ms write cycle, MPN=M24M01-RMN6TP

Thanks alank2
Read/write speed isn't all the important for this application.
