Do you really need 4 channels?
A 2 channel digital will be MUCH cheaper...
How much do you want to spend?

Tek TDS 400 series and HP 54000 series abound on eBay for under $500 shipped...the caveat is that the former are of notably shit build quality, and the latter are notorious for CRT burn in. But hey, if cheap is what you want, you get what you pay for.

Rigol .... that's all but that's 8k memory length every channel
Agilent's DSOX2000 is at 3.2k for a 100mhz 4ch :(
Siglent not much better, 1.8k for something with only 24k memory length
