Wow I guess that's the most impressive in-home shop I've seen so far. What is even more impressive than the shop itself is the amount of knowledge, skill and experience its owner seems to have. Owning such a shop is one thing but actually being able to make proper use of it is a different story.

Nice collection. Particularly liked the lathe chuck and Noga indicator holder. If you are still messing with cheaper/older holders, you will appreciate a Noga. I have 2. They make setup easy.

Well, impressive and definitely something i'm envious of (in a positive sense). However, either this guy doesn't have a wife, or she has a shoe collection from here to the moon.
btw: you should look at the other videos from Dan Gelbart (especially 'building prototypes')- very probably you will learn something. I definitely did.
