I work with several ecommerce vendors and we are already sick and tired of people asking wHeRe iS My pAcKaGe, NO we do not know, ask the carrier, you know about the covid-19 delays and it's not even been 3 months. Tracking shows it's at the airport, that's exactly where it's supposed to be, it's not "stuck" or "lost". Keep waiting. People have the audacity to start a dispute over this even though it's NO fault of the sellers, and it's to the point I recommended sellers remove the registered mail/ePacket option altogether. Yes Fedex/DHL to the US is $25, pay up or don't bother, because people can't be trusted to be reasonable if you offer them slow shipping at low cost. That is why we can't have nice things. |

That is why we can't have nice things. --- End quote --- The problem is what's written in every aliexpress page: "Estimated delivery on xxxx" "If you finish the payment today, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time" It doesn't say "you'll have to wait three months at least" does it? |

Well nearly 2 months of jerk-about via their "complaint" text on AliExpress FEELTECH has no clue to what they are doing, nor will I ever see the product. |
