I work with several ecommerce vendors and we are already sick and tired of people asking wHeRe iS My pAcKaGe, NO we do not know, ask the carrier, you know about the covid-19 delays and it's not even been 3 months. Tracking shows it's at the airport, that's exactly where it's supposed to be, it's not "stuck" or "lost". Keep waiting. People have the audacity to start a dispute over this even though it's NO fault of the sellers, and it's to the point I recommended sellers remove the registered mail/ePacket option altogether. Yes Fedex/DHL to the US is $25, pay up or don't bother, because people can't be trusted to be reasonable if you offer them slow shipping at low cost. That is why we can't have nice things.
