That's from March this year. Was it already posted here?

Incidentally, that huge unfinished development site shown in the video, both as a shiny illustration and actual empty derelict, I recall seeing a video of a couple of urbex guys with a youtube channel exploring it. Is it actually part of the semiconductor scam company saga? Or just some unrelated abandonment the video maker threw in for background visuals?

Edit to add: This is the video. But no, it's not the same place.
