Can anyone help identify this chip?
I have a device that failed a firmware update and its pretty much a brick now. Pretty sure this is flash with the boot code....or had the boot code. The googles don't seem to be turning up much.

It is an intel chip.
It is an intel 28F640 flash memory.
Second hit on googling gives the ds.

I was working towards that looking for Intel flash and looking the options... I thought the number was 28F64D.
