I got a message from a seller who failed to deliver the required item to me. I negged him for it , actually its the first one for many many months if not years I have negged.
This is the message:
about the negative feedback, can you change it to postive?
or the account will be suspend by ebay, and i will be fired by boos
pls help me

I sent him a lovely reply.
No I can not you failed to deliver so it is factual, however I hope your Boss beats you with a big stick for your lack of delivery and then lying to me about it being recorded delivery when you admit it was not afterward.
I then received another begging email so I told him I hoped his boss beat him twice as hard for his cheek.

Though he likely will just use another throwaway seller name , which will take a while to get a good rating so he can scam again. Forward to eBay support so they can ban him faster.
