Mirrord SOT 23 ?

Dear friends,
it has been a long time that I did draw a PCB.
Now I made a few new ones, and I came to the conclusion,
that I was mistaken with the connections of a SOT23 transistor.
I have 'looked' on the bottomside instead of the topside.
So I changed Base and Emittor
Is there any type of transistor in SOT23-case, that has BASE on 2 and EMITTOR on 1 ?
Voltage >25 Volts, current > 100 mA, Hfe ... well... some 100 ?

Done this once myself, if this is not a large run of boards I would just flip the normal sot-23 transistor upside down and bend the legs down (which is what I did in this case as it was only few boards).
This way you can use whatever common transistor you were thinking of using originally.

Hi Andy,

ofcourse I have thought about that, but I thought it was not such a good idea.
In the mean time I found out that there is besides the BC817 also an BC817R,
with reversed connections for BASE and EMITTER.
A few of the PCBs have to be made again, because of other problems, so I also
can turn the BC817 180° and pull the COLLECTORconnection between B and E.
That is not a big change in the drawing of the PCB.
