DG1022 Old Firmware

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with updating my old DG1022 which developed an issue following firmware update. I didn't have any answer on the "instrument" forum" and hope to be more successful here. Rigol customer service has been receptive but unable to help due to the age of the instrument (10 year old now).
Anyone would have the old firmware 00.01.00.04.00.02.03 available by any chance?
