Is there a lot of quality difference between buying bulk SMD electrolytic capacitors from vendors on Amazon compared to buying name brand electrolytic SMD capacitors from Mouser or DigiKey?

The cost to buy a handful of these on Mouser or DigiKey is prohibitive (very expensive) comparatively speaking with many being $1.00 - $3.00 EACH.

I'm wondering if the bulk Amazon kits are really made by different manufacturers of if they all basically come from the same sources.

Anyone with actual experience with these bulk kits?

Another  consideration is the level of difficulty to replace the capacitor.

In some cases it can be extremely difficult to replace one of these.  Such as 25 - 40 pin add on boards with no access in tight places where the board and all it's pins would have to be de soldered to replace the SMD electrolytic capacitor.

It's a toss up, you pay for a name and you get to have expectations. You buy on places like amazon from any purveyor of old rope and you take your chances. If you stuff matters like medical, automotive, military or anywhere else where a seriously pissed off large customer is not a good idea don't use them. If you sell to various people then you may get lucky.

You never know with this stuff, but generally speaking the farther from the cheapest, most jellybean parts imaginable you get, the sketchier the cheap no name Amazon/eBay/Aliexpress parts become. Things like the small signal BJTs, ceramic and maybe polyester caps, resistors, diodes, etc. are typically fit for hobby use at least, but outside of that you see a lot of parts that are recycled, remarked to higher spec, dumpster dived defects, totally fake, etc. I'd at least go to LCSC for electrolytic caps you can trust farther than you can throw.

IDK about the SMD ones, but I know the leaded assortments are known to not even meet their voltage ratings.

I have not forgotten the silly cow that bought a bunch of 1ยต 25V capacitors off me and then complained claiming that the 25V ones were rarer and sought after high quality. I was rather blunt with her and ebay for once kept out of it and left me to make her pay the return postage and not be refunded the outgoing postage so that she could run off and buy her $1 firecrackers from china.
