It’s cool machining, but I sure hope he doesn’t intend to use it. The nearly square shoulder of the retention neck could damage certain kinds of contacts in a jack. (It’s supposed to have a significant chamfer.)

weres the strain relief to stop it the cable coming detached  if the cable gets yanked? I'll stick with neutrik thanks

cnc converted lathe and mill, uv cure acrylic, home made chuck lock, super thin lathe cuts, laser cut foam and a wooden carry box.

It's just that dandelion.  I would have chosen a rose or tulip.
