Hi. I just bought a UNI-T "UT60E" DMM, and the software that is bundled with it doesn't even work! I tried on XP, Win 7 x86 and x64. I'm looking for some kind of third-party software that allows me to log over time from my isolated RS232 port on the meter... like the UNI-T software is supposed to  ::)

Thank you :)

Does it work with QtDMM?

Yeah, first you need to prove that the meter output is not faulty.

Tried just connecting the meter up and using hyperterminal in XP?
Some meters just spit out the data all the time and others you need to press a key to start it.

You also have to enable rs232 output on some meters in the meters menu somewhere.

Thanks, but the software is a POS - doesn't even launch. Using QtDMM as recommended, and it is great... but it would have to be a Linux app, wouldn't it. Fortunately I am an Ubuntu user, so it is okay for testing, but I'm sure I'm not gonna dual boot my PC just to run my DMM. Lmao.
