Cree's New HV Guitar Amplifier
« on: May 13, 2012, 09:17:14 am »
OK, well... Sorta...  :D

I've seen similar setups before on Youtube, but they all sounded like @$$. That thing sounds basically sounds like a real amp/speaker! You might want to sit down before you look up the price on those MOSFETS.  :o  But anywho, what a cool way to demo your new products!

A nice way to prevent anybody touching your speakers, make them self electrified, with a built in light.

I thought IRF would come out with it first, but remembering who brought SiC LED's to the market first, yeah, was expecting it.

Beautiful setup, and what a nifty little coil too!

Oh, the "whys" of the datasheets... The information is there not to be an axiomatic truth, but instead each speck of data must be slowly inhaled while carefully performing a deep search inside oneself to find the true metaphysical sense...
