Adding a non electronics related catagory to the forum ??

Perhaps that insight into the mind of everyone else is a little presumptuous. This is a publicly open forum, and I have an issue (contempt) in general with the idea of seeking to sanitize it from behind the scenes. I'm certainly not going to resort to hitting the report button any time soon, for whatever reason, sorry. However your advice seems to have been heeded by a mysterious someone; my previous post from which you quote has since disappeared.

So instead of reporting a problem post, you'd rather complain about it publicly?
Should someone else then report the post and it's deleted then your responses will no longer have a reference and make little sense.
If you've chosen to quote the deleted post then the only reasonable course would be to also delete your post.

Yawn. Should I feel it's worth responding, I'd rather reply to it as appropriate. However if my reply alone is censored, then I see cause to complain. I'm not interested in partaking in behind the scenes tittle-tattle to have anyone's posts deleted, but that doesn't mean I should care less if someone who posts a lot of egregious garbage subsequently has their garbage deleted.

And please define a "problem post". Should we all start reporting posts that we have a problem with?

There have been some problems with the  last couple of cheques and this has screwed up my budgeting a bit (you'll know what that's like!)

You should have given the postie a lot of those prepaid mail forward stickers to get them  then. They are likely in a pile at your old address still.
