I need help finding the datasheet for a device marked CX237B in a plasic TO-92 package.
Google yields nothing.
Alldataheet, etc, yield nothing.
It tests as a BJT NPN transistor with the Base on the middle leg.
I was tempted to assume that it was the same as BC237B but using this transistor as a replacement does not work.
