Hei Dave,
What about a tour of the instruments you got in your lab now, what you preffer using to what, and pros and cons, your wishlist for the future. Its a long time since you did the tour in you old lab...

Provided you have sufficient time. It would be like mailbag video, everyone wants to see what you have stuffed away.

I support this idea too.
Would love to see a comparison of your various power supplies, why you would use bench meter vs Fluke, which scope you would use etc.etc.

Numerous times I've seen something in the background and wondered about what it was.

I try to keep up, but I wonder if Dave gets gear that he doesn't mention or use in a video.  It would be nice to see the whole kit, maybe have a "power supply" video, a "signal generator" video, etc. etc.

EDIT: I forgot to add that I agree it would be good to add comments like "this is the one I use most," "This is annoying because . . . ,"  'This one has a unique feature,"  etc.

The lab is a crap hole. I had to spend all day cleaning the old one with the help of the wife before I did the previous one.

I could do with some guidance on cleaning a crap hole lab.

I suspect the majority of viewer's labs are in the same condition.  I don't think we'd object ;)

My missus is really good on giving out that form of guidance, I'll send her over ;)

Just make an episode on "how to clean a lab" ... many here would both need and like that  :-DD

I was very much relieved when I saw Jim William's bench in the video where he repairs a Tek 465B.  "We poke around in inventory here looking for something around... "  :D

Mine involved a large number of boxes, labelled copper, steel, aluminium, ewaste and a large number of bin bags.

Still busy with it, my local scrappie loves me.

How about making a video series where we all make videos of our labs?

I've been meaning to make one for a while to show some friends. But I keep delaying in the hope that I will clean it up a bit first.
