Yum, nice stuff. For those that think DEI is a conspiracy theory, you can have a look there: https://nbaa.org/about/diversity-equity-inclusion-dei/

Boeing is not better (no wonder their planes have missing and loose screws) and FAA is also hiring people with severe mental disabilities  :palm:.

Here is a document directly from FAA bragging all about diversity (read racial discrimination) and equity (= inequality) starting from page 15. https://www.faa.gov/sites/faa.gov/files/Flight%20Plan%2021_2022_0.pdf
And here is more DEI bullshit from FAA https://faadeia.vfairs.com/

Participants will learn how to PRESS, and recognize how to develop equity that encourages inclusion and respectful interactions between employees. We will also look at the difference between equity and equality in order to understand that each employee may access resources or opportunities differently, depending on their unique background and experience. This training incorporates exercises that will help participants “lean in” and develop competencies that will allow them to build bridges, through curiosity to foster an equitable workplace

Granting Access: Dismantling Able-ism and Embracing Neurodiversity - No two brains are the same. An estimated 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, including those with autism, ADHD, mental health disabilities, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities or acquired brain differences. Given this prevalence, why are conversations around neurodiversity nonetheless so difficult, and how do we dismantle able-ism and barriers to access?

In this session, Haley will unpack the nuances of navigating disclosure, advocating for ourselves and others, and building accessibility into our understanding of “inclusion.”

Come prepared for lightbulb moments, and leave feeling more empowered to tackle the stigma

This DEI crap is a plague, especially in such mission-critical environments. Unfortunately the regular activists of the large media will be quite squirrelly to report on such things extensively, so the "loony conspirators" will be the ones bringing the necessary attention to such non-mainstream subjects, as it has been happening for the last four years.

Oh, the "whys" of the datasheets... The information is there not to be an axiomatic truth, but instead each speck of data must be slowly inhaled while carefully performing a deep search inside oneself to find the true metaphysical sense...

The FAA program for people with disability are in it self quite excluding and contradicts their own agenda! ::)

Targeted Disabilities
The Secretary of Transportation has set a hiring goal of three (3) percent per fiscal year for individuals with targeted (severe) disabilities.

Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring. The targeted disabilities are:

Hearing (total deafness in both ears)
Vision (Blind)
Missing Extremities
Partial Paralysis
Complete Paralysis, Epilepsy
Severe intellectual disability
Psychiatric disability
Dwarfism
Individuals with targeted disabilities have the greatest difficulty obtaining employment. This is the only protected group for which Federal agencies may have a hiring goal.
