At long last Digikey have fixed about the only thing that was wrong with their otherwise excellent search and now have sort by price.
Not only that but they've done what I've been asking Farnell to do for ages - sort by price at a specific quantity, taking into account price breaks and stock available.

I don't see it.
Dave.

Don't see it either. The Greasemonkey Digikey Sort By Price (http://students.washington.edu/acleone/codes/greasemonkey/digikey_sort_by_price/) script fixed that problem a long time ago, although it is embarrassing that they don't have it on their site.

well they still won't get my custom until they lower UK prices

Woohooo at last!
I was struggling with it yesterday, trying to track down some parts. I gave up in frustration. One thing I wish they would all do, is to add a price range.
As an aside, what on earth happened to supplies of the AD8343 RF/IF mixer? Nobody seems to have any stocks at all, not even Analog Devices themselves. Arrow claim to have, then tell you it s a 5 week lead time. Time to drop AD an email I think.

On a (somewhat) related note ...
I noticed today that findchips.com has added Farnell and Element14 to their searches.
Interestingly, they seem to have dropped Jameco.

I thought they always had Farnell but then I've only used them lately, I've found that in the UK Farnell are the cheapest and RS come about the same but you have to pay postage and they don't do as much stuff
