Digital "conductance testing" battery analyzers, Availability/ cost

With the introduction a decade ago of the" new digital conductance battery analyzers" to be used in Industry versus the old carbon pile technolgy.....hopefully the cost of these is coming down. The last time I checked on a ''PulseTech" brand  model 490PT it was well over $2,000.00.

Anyone well versed on these vital load test, charging circuit, starter circuit tester type Commercial and Marine battery testers.....as far as cheaper side pricing
