i have about $9nzd on my paypal account i would like to spend i don't live too far away from where the transmitter is from my house and hardly watch tv anymore so don't really need anything that great

yes but they cost way more in stores here then i would ever pay for one

Just make one out of coat hangers... Aussies used to do it all the time with cars. They would probably be 100x better than the cheap Chinese crap.
