Title: Does anyone recognise this chip manufacturer logo?

I believe it's an SoC manufacturer but I can't identify it.  Can anyone ID it?

at the bottom write "G0 PHIL"
at the top "469e CAB"

Manufacturer is Vishay Siliconix. Full picture and description of actual use would be much more helpful for figuring out what it is as even package type is not clear.
