Would be something of an ironic coincidence, if America's space junk crashed into an Al-Qaeda facility on it's final reentry. What would be the odds?

All safe it's crashed into Canada. If Canada wants to earn a lazy $400 they could fine NASA for littering, like they did in Esperance. Only took 30 years to get paid.
