Title: Don your hard Hats for September

Better to be safe than sorry, you wouldn't want to be slapped in the back of the head by six and a half tons of space junk.  ;)

Would be something of an ironic coincidence, if America's space junk crashed into an Al-Qaeda facility on it's final reentry. What would be the odds?

I would call that "a good day at the office for NASA".

All safe it's crashed into Canada. If Canada wants to earn a lazy $400 they could fine NASA for littering, like they did in Esperance. Only took 30 years to get paid.

No one should be above the law, not even NASA.

You can charge interest until the amount is paid ;)
