Small flyback transformer

Hello, I've been looking for a transformer manufacturer to build a few small ac flyback transformer for me, the input is 12v, 30KHz and the output is 10Kv and 1mA,

The smallest the better,

the transformer should be around:
LxWxH=32x26x24 mm


No need to have a high voltage diode.

in the first step I want to order a few prototypes and the second step I need to have some hundreds of the transformer in mass production.

I don't know. My advice would be to look for new old stock CRT transformers. I doubt they still make them.

Another option might be an ignition transformer.

Bonjour, we made amny 10,000s of similar decades ago.

these require vacuum varnish impreg or encapsulation as shown.

Due to setup and yield,  custom potting shell   MOQ will be many 1000s ...10,000s.

For protos or a few hundred, suggest to find a stock part eg CRT/scope/old TV replacement FB and adapt to use.

I've looked at them before on ebay, I didn't find an interesting option.
The transformer should be AC, I don't need a high voltage diode at the inside of the transformer, plus their primary inductors are useless bcoz they were made for old CRT TV as I want to produce many different types of High voltage device it's better to find a transformer manufacturer.

There are companies still making HV transformers. They're used for CO2 lasers, ozone generators, electronic air filters, and various other devices. There are also companies still making replacement flyback transformers for arcade monitors.
