Ebay unsafe/noncompliant goods and reporting

I was looking at a dodgy power supply brand out of interest where one blew up somewhere a couple of days ago that I replaced with a decent brand and I found one on Ebay with a non compliant fuse-less plug in the listing.

I reported it and despite explaining about the non-complaint plug I got this reply:

Well that's not very good. They now have a text box so I could explain why I reported it and a followup but it didn't seem very helpful. Maybe that agent is from another country and don't understand how it is not compliant in the UK.
