--- Quote from: Bicurico on March 14, 2020, 12:04:00 pm ---Whenever an item does not arrive until the deadline shown by ebay I file a claim immediatly. --- End quote --- If I am feeling generous, I will wait until about 3 days before my window closes and raise a case. --- Quote ---Never accept for the seller to resend the item - it will be a huge risk on your side. Ask for a full refund and order again if you want to. --- End quote --- Completely agree here unless the seller can get it to you within your original claim window. Sellers can give you a sob story which is purely a delaying tactic in the hope you will let that window close. Once that happens, they can ignore you and you've lost your money. --- Quote ---Also, if an item arrives the day aftwr the refund and you feel it was not the sellers fault, you can be the nice guy and pay him again. --- End quote --- Absolutely. I have done this when an item hadn't turned up and the seller sent another (which arrived in time) and then the original turned up 2 months later, which I kept as a spare (it was a good price). They appreciated my offer to pay - and the funds which followed. --- Quote ---But always take action on the dates ebay suggests. --- End quote --- Yes. They give those dates for a reason. |

He shipped another, should wait and believe it is really shipped. If i take money back is not right since he shipped. Next time i know to take instant money back. thanks all |

You should still file a claim, you can close it when the replacement arrives. It's a common tactic to tell you they shipped another one so that you wait until after the time limit expires. |

(A supplied tracking number isn't proof the item being tracked is yours!) --- Quote ---should wait and believe it is really shipped. --- End quote --- Waiting is a risk. Don't wait until your time is up!! --- Quote ---If i take money back is not right since he shipped. --- End quote --- Not if he lied. --- Quote from: james_s on March 14, 2020, 09:30:36 pm ---You should still file a claim, you can close it when the replacement arrives. --- End quote --- Please ... take action before your time runs out! --- Quote ---It's a common tactic to tell you they shipped another one so that you wait until after the time limit expires. --- End quote --- This ^ ^ ^ ^ .... and if one does arrive after you get a refund, you can always pay them. |
