Looks like a failure to load the page's stylesheets -- usually a proper refresh (Ctrl-F5) will sort it, if not perhaps restart the browser?

Yep, it does look odd, but nothing other than a CSS sheet either timed out or was delayed too long so the browser ignored it. If you look in the error log it will be there somewhere in the millions of lines.....

--Problem solved. I found an older post where Rerouter told me to delete the Firefox cache. I had to delete Firefox and all customization. Now EEVblog is working but I have to re-customize. Drat.
