Uncharted 2 disc problems?

when i try 2 play un2, it wont get past the little dagger spinning around in the bottom left corner. i lent the disk to a friend with a ps3, and he said it worked. i can only see one scratch on the disk, and i cleaned it a lot. any suggestions?
